How does the fountain work?
Water circulates through a replaceable filter before returning to the drinking area. The pump is accessible when it is time to clean.
What care does it need?
Check the water regularly and refill as needed. Unplug before cleaning, wash the removable parts and replace filters according to the instructions supplied with your fountain.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
Yes. The fountain requires plug-in power; it does not run on a battery.

What if my cat ignores the fountain?
Start near their usual water spot. Let them explore it switched off, then try both flow styles. Cats adjust at their own pace, so keep another source of fresh water available while they get used to it.
Does wireless mean it runs without a power cord?
No. The pump design keeps electrical cables out of the water, but the fountain must stay plugged in. It is not battery-powered.
Will the sound disturb me or my cat?
The manufacturer rates operation below 30 decibels. Water movement may still be audible, especially in a quiet room. Give your cat time to explore the fountain before expecting them to use it.
What does ClearCore™ actually do?
ClearCore™ antimicrobial technology helps prevent slimy buildup on the bowl. It does not replace regular cleaning, water checks or filter changes.
Can I leave the same water in for two weeks?
The manufacturer’s up-to-14-day freshness claim is not a fixed refill schedule. Your pet and home environment affect it. Check the water regularly and refill as needed.
Is it difficult to clean?
Unplug the fountain before cleaning. Wash removable parts with water and dish soap. Keep the outside of the tank and power cord dry; do not submerge the tank.
How often do I replace the filters?
Before first use, soak the new carbon filter in clean water for at least five minutes. Replace both the carbon filter and pump sponge at least every two weeks. They are consumables, not washable lifetime filters.
What happens when the water gets low?
The indicator changes to red and the fountain stops operating until more water is added. Check the water regularly so your cat’s drinking spot stays available.
Is the bowl stainless steel?
No. This model is mostly plastic. Its distinctive bowl feature is ClearCore™ antimicrobial technology, not stainless-steel construction.
How do I change the flow style?
Fit the spout for a waterfall-style stream. Remove it for gentle bubbling. Trying both gives your cat a choice as they get used to the fountain.
Do I need an app?
No app setup or connected account is needed. The fountain does not connect to an app or voice assistant. Replacement filters still need changing as part of regular care.
How much water does it hold?
The reservoir holds 2.7 litres. How often you top it up depends on your pet and home, so check the level regularly rather than relying on a fixed number of days.
Can I place it away from a wall outlet?
It needs a nearby power source. The supplied cable is approximately 4.3 feet long, and the fountain must stay plugged in during use.
What is your return policy?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Approval is required before sending a return. Sale items and gift cards are excluded. Read the full return policy.
